Tailor-Made For Your Brand

You will receive a bespoke, responsive Squarespace website that is compatible for web and mobile platforms — guaranteed to look gorgeous on any device! Your website will be created from the ground up, using custom graphics and elements to maintain your branding for a cohesive brand identity translated across your digital presence. Custom code, features, forms, and integrations (like social media, enewsletters, and more) that would be necessary to enhance design and web flow will also be implemented, based on your website needs and goals. Your website will be optimized for SEO basics and will have built-in website analytics. I will also assist with custom domain registration (or connection if you already own one) as well as the Squarespace subscription sign-up.

Post-Project Services

  • Basic Squarespace Tutorial

    Once your website design project comes to an end, I hand off the reigns to you! You will have full control and ownership of your website. Because of this, I offer a tutorial service to guide you on how to make basic edits and changes to the front-end and back-end of your website. You may choose to receive a pdf document and/or a live tutorial over video chat. This can be added on to your website design package or purchase it post-project. You can also choose to go the other route later on (monthly maintenance package or a-la-carte edits).

  • Monthly Maintenance Package

    If you want a stress-free way to update your website content without ruining the design/layout, guarantee any elements of your website don’t break, and keep everything running smoothly, this is for you! This package includes back-end maintenance (keeping any code and internal systems working and updated) and unlimited front-end website content edits (for example: updating any text information, replacing/adding photos, changing header/paragraph text, changing about me or bio sections, updating FAQ sections, etc). This is charged on a monthly basis; you can start it anytime and you can cancel anytime.

    If you need larger-scale website design edits like new page builds, page layout changes, site integration/function changes, etc., that would require opening a new project (a-la-carte edits).

  • A-La-Carte Website Edits

    This is for ANY edit you may need for your site, big or small. These edits may include but are not limited to: copy (text) edits, changing copy (text) sections, adding a new page, redesigning existing pages, changing page layouts, graphic content edits, portfolio sections, form integrations, photo galleries, etc. Price varies depending on scope of work and can be charged per hour or per edit/project.

    If you’re paying for the monthly maintenance package but need larger-scale website design edits like new page builds, page layout changes, site integration/function changes, etc., that would fall under this category as well.

  • For visual identity design and web design projects, the payment schedule is:

    • 40% to secure your booking

    • 30% at the project’s midway point

    • 30% upon completion

    For collateral design projects, the payment schedule is:

    • 50% to secure your booking

    • 50% upon completion

  • I don’t offer discounts, as my pricing reflects the work, time, and expertise required for each project. However, I do offer a bundled rate when booking multiple services together. If you’re on a strict budget, I’m happy to work with you on pricing while ensuring all your design needs are met.

  • Of course! I love working with clients from around the world. I accommodate various time zones and offer multiple payment options to support international currencies.

  • All design projects include a set number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond this will incur an extra fee.

    For visual identity design and web design projects, you may need to purchase font licenses directly from the foundries.

    For collateral design projects, I provide the design files, but you’ll need to work with a third-party printing company to produce the final printed materials.

  • Be readily available for communication to ensure a smooth discovery, drafting, feedback, and revision process. To keep things moving efficiently, please complete all questionnaires and forms thoroughly, and submit any required materials on time.

    For web design projects, you’ll need to have all your content ready, including photography and copy. We’ll provide an outline of the website sections to guide you through the copy process with helpful prompts. If you’re an eCommerce brand, having your product list, product descriptions, and photos ready will make everything much smoother.

    For collateral design projects, whether it’s for print, social media, web, merchandise, or packaging, I’ll need the necessary specs, such as manufacturer templates, dielines, sizing, and copy.
